Rooted in the ecstatic dance tradition\, focusing on connection\, embodiment\, and joyful movement. \n\n\n\nCeremonial cacao\, gentle connection\, and a body warm-up\, then moving together through a music-led dance journey that invites freedom\, presence\, and authentic expression. This is a freeform dance space rather than a class or workshop. There’s no choreography to follow and minimal verbal facilitation — you’re welcome to move\, pause\, rest\, or simply be with the music in whatever way feels right for you. \n\n\n\ndancing barefoot or lightly socked\, without phones or conversation on the dance floor\, and in a sober container that supports mindful presence and connection. All ages welcome. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTickets!
