• A campfire ban is in effect for the entire East Kootenay!

• Tower Creek Wildfires (St. Mary Lake Area) – Visitors are encouraged to check current evacuation alerts, road conditions, and wildfire updates before travelling in the area.

• Wait Creek Wildfire (Ta Ta Creek Area) – Visitors travelling to or through the area should check the latest evacuation information, wildfire updates, and travel advisories before their trip.
